How often will you email me?+
Once a week, every Sunday morning. Occasionally a special edition if Instagram ships a major Reels algorithm change or a notable trend hits — but we cap it at two emails per week, always.
Can I unsubscribe?+
Anytime. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer. We use Resend for delivery and honor unsubscribes within minutes.
How do you get the trend data?+
The same pipeline that powers the live trends pages on instapdown.com — public trend feeds for 16 countries, scraped hourly, aggregated weekly. We do not buy data or scrape user profiles.
